SHIPPING

✦  For PREORDERS: Production starts after the PREORDER PERIOD ends. Depending on the item complexity and manufacturer, it may take from 1 to 4 MONTHS before shipping, as will be stated on the product's page. You can check what's in progress on the PROGRESS page or see updates on my TUMBLR or TWITTER.

  For INSTOCK: Orders are shipped out twice a week on the following Tuesday and Thursday after purchase.

NOTE: If you purchase in-stock items with your preorder, it will not be shipped out until the preorder arrives. If you want your in-stock items earlier, please purchase them separately.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Please make sure to check the status of your items before ordering! Preorders require additional time until they are manufactured. If you received your tracking information and it has been stuck at "LABEL CREATED" for more than a week, please contact me! A mix-up may have occurred on either my end or the courier.

Can I change my address?
If you need to, please and thank you! Do so before your order has been shipped. You can contact me and I will have it changed for you ASAP within the system.

If your order has already shipped, please contact your local post office to see if you can get your mail rerouted.

If I receive your order back as a return, I can mail it back to you to the correct address; please be aware that this will require repaying for shipping.
 
✦  How long does it take for a package to arrive after shipment?
All items will be shipped with tracking, so please keep an eye for the shipping notification in your provided contact. Please contact your local post office for more information and be up to date on your country's shipping customs and laws.
 
USA: 2 to 10 business days
ITL: 2 to 10+ weeks
 
Due to the current political climate, shipping times may vary and change sporadically without notice. Complications may appear with manufacturing scheduling or postal shipping delays, so please be aware before purchasing and have patience in the meantime!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

✦  How much does shipping cost? Do you ship internationally?
Your shipping cost will be calculated automatically by the storefront. Shipping is available anywhere except the UK, the EU, and Northern Ireland. Other countries' availability may be due to change depending on current events that would impact shipping (strikes, etc). I ship using domestic & International First-Class services.

For ITL customers:  PLEASE BE AWARE that some countries may require import tax on their orders once received in their home countries, a fee that is not calculated in the checkout here, or you may not receive your order. It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of their country's necessities for customs and imports. I am not responsible for unpaid fees.

For UK customers: Unfortunately, due to VAT laws, I am legally unable to ship to the UK. Other options are:
  • You can order from my ETSY.
    • Note: Not all inventory will be available. This is for extra stock or international preorders.
  • You can use a proxy service at your discretion; please research what suits your needs best! If an error occurs due to the proxy service, it is not my liability.
For EU & NI customers:  Due to the GPSR regulations instated in late 2024, I can no longer ship to your countries. I do not have the resources available to cover the requirements needed. This unfortunately also extends to my Etsy front, as an inability to satisfy the GPSR regulations can result in my shop being suspended. I'm incredibly sorry for the inconvenience. You may have options either:
  • You can try to have the item shipped to a friend or family member outside of the EU that can ship it to you as a gift.
  • You can use a proxy service, as recommended to UK customers. Please research your chosen service to be sure it suits your needs; errors made by the proxy service are not my liability.

REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

✦  Orders can be resent with an additional shipping fee if...
-  The package arrived heavily damaged. Please provide photo evidence!

  • Minor imperfections will not result in replacements.
  • Damages to items caused by customer mishandling will not result in replacements.

- The package was lost during transit due to a mistake from the courier or myself.
-  The package was sent to the correct address but was returned to sender.

✦ Full replacement with free shipping if...
-  The wrong item was sent or missing due to a mistake made myself.

No replacements or refunds if...
-  The wrong address was provided and I was not contacted before shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to update me on this information. For preorders, a courtesy email is sent for any address check reminders.

Please understand the risk before purchasing. Once a package is with the postal service, it is out of my hands; the information that you see on your tracking is the only information I will have as well. If any of these issues happen, contact me and I'll do my best to help!
